How to Request Account and Data Deletion
We value your privacy and provide an easy way for you to request the deletion of your Manageasy account and associated data.
Steps to Request Deletion

Send an Email

Contact Oscar Haywood (Developer) via email at: wemanageasy@gmail.com

Use the subject line: “Manageasy Account Deletion Request”

Include Required Information

Your full name
-
The email address associated with your Manageasy account

(Optional) A brief reason for requesting deletion

Confirmation
-
You will receive an acknowledgment email within 5 business days

Your request will be processed, and account deletion will be completed within 30 days of confirmation​

Data Deleted
​
When your request is processed, we will permanently delete:

Your user account and login credentials
-
Personal information (name, email, phone number if provided)

Club membership details and activity history
-
Payment and transaction records associated with your account

Data Retained
​
Some data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or security reasons:

Financial transaction records (retained for up to 6 years to comply with tax and accounting laws)

Non-identifiable, aggregated analytics data (cannot be linked back to you)

After Deletion
​

You will no longer be able to log in or access your account

Any linked communities will lose access to your personal profile and related records
-
Retained financial records will be securely stored and automatically deleted after the retention period​
