1. About Manageasy

Manageasy is a UK-based software platform that helps recreational community organisations manage their memberships, events, data, payments, and communications through a secure online interface.​

2. Who Can Use Manageasy

You must be:

• At least 18 years old (or have consent from a legal guardian).

• Using the platform in line with these Terms and all applicable laws.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details secure.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

• Use the platform for any illegal, harmful, offensive, or misleading activity.

• Publish content you don’t have the right to use (e.g., copyrighted materials).

• Share your password or allow others to access your account.

• Infringe on the privacy of others or post content that makes individuals feel uncomfortable or targeted.

• Bypass security, reverse-engineer, interfere with, or attempt to unlawfully access any part of Manageasy’s systems.

• Collect or use personal data of other users beyond what is required for legitimate club management purposes.

Violation of these responsibilities may result in suspension or permanent deactivation of your account.

 

4. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for content you upload to Manageasy. You retain ownership but grant us a limited licence to store, display, and process that content to deliver the Services.

Content that is:

• Indecent, harassing, discriminatory, or offensive;

• Uploaded without consent or legal right;

• Used to harm, mislead, or impersonate others

is strictly prohibited.

 

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Manageasy operates on a subscription basis with a free trial for new users.

By subscribing:

• You agree to the pricing terms and billing frequency shown at sign-up.

• Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Wonderful Open Banking), and are subject to their terms.

• Non-payment or repeated charge failures may result in suspension of Services.

We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.

 

6. Third-Party Services

Manageasy may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways, calendar tools). These are governed by separate terms and policies.

If any third-party service is changed, suspended, or removed, Manageasy is not liable for its unavailability or any resulting loss.

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Occasionally, the platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.

We reserve the right to:

• Temporarily suspend access for updates
